      Custom & Personalized Orders

      Because many of our products are made-to-order or personalized, these items—including digital downloads—are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

      If your custom order has a problem, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review it and make it right.

      Other Orders (Non-Custom Items)

      For items that are not custom or personalized, we gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations under these conditions:

      • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
      • Ship items back within 7 days of delivery
      • Request a cancellation within 6 hours of purchase

      Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is returned damaged or altered, the customer may be responsible for any loss in value.

      Shipping-Related Issues

      • Delivery delays, lost packages, or carrier issues are handled under our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
      • Please reach out if you experience any shipping problems—we’ll do our best to help!
